Health History Session

We’ll do a deep dive into your health background, explore your current lifestyle and what an ideal lifestyle looks like for you, and discuss specific areas you want to focus on. We’ll go over any medications you’re currently taking, and chat about your sleep, stress, and dietary habits. This is a great starting point to get to know what health coaching is all about, and you’ll leave with a high-level game plan for moving forward to feel your best self.
Signature 12-Week Health Coaching Program
My 12-week, one-on-one program will start off with a health history session (included) so we can get to know each other. Once we’ve identified your goals, we can dig deeper into areas like mindset, healthy habits, confidence, building sustainable lifestyle practices, and more. Clients can choose to meet weekly for 30 minutes, or biweekly for an hour, for the duration of the program.
Included in the program, you’ll get:
An introductory health history session for us to get to know each other
12 hours worth of one-on-one coaching sessions
Unlimited messaging access between sessions to ensure that none of your questions go unanswered
Option to deep dive in one of the following topic areas: hormone health, gut health and detoxification, sleep hygiene, or mental health
Action steps each week to guide you forward in the practices we discuss
