About Bri
Welcome! I’m Bri, a holistic health coach based in the Philadelphia suburbs. I’m someone who always has questions about things, so when my own health issues - namely gut troubles and anxiety - first surfaced in my life about a decade ago, I got to researching. While it often felt difficult to find the answers in the doctor’s office, I slowly began to feel more myself after implementing some lifestyle changes to try and heal from within. I never discredit the beauty of conventional medicine - but I’ve found that this dual approach, of seeking clinical expertise while also experimenting with food approaches, stress management techniques, and sleep hygiene, has led to me to feel my best.
In my own health journey, I’ve become passionate about helping other women identify and reach their wellness goals. I’ve learned that you are in the driver’s seat of your own health, and with that comes both a lot of exploring what your individual health needs are and advocating for them when necessary. No one is going to be as invested in your future health and well-being as you are - so you might as well be all in.
My goal is simple - to help the modern gal achieve optimum well-being and reach their health goals. The pressure and stress of modern life often leave us left with little time for our own self-care, but I want to show you that with incremental, achievable steps, you can focus on your health and carve out the time for yourself that you deserve.
