Hi! I’m so happy you’re here. As a holistic health coach, it’s my goal to help you feel your best and achieve optimum well-being. Being well does not simply require the absence of illness or injury; it involves physical, mental, social, and emotional components that all come together as pieces of a larger picture.
Beyond this, everyone’s health is completely bio-individual, and this means that there are no “right” or “wrong” choices when it comes to lifestyle and health - it’s all unique, just like you are.
That’s where I come in - to help you identify what practices make you feel your best and set goals to implement and sustain these practices. We’ll work together to identify areas of focus that are priorities for you and come up with small steps you can take in these areas that don’t feel overwhelming.

Want to make a lifestyle change but don’t know where to start.
Have a health and wellness goal (or several!) in mind but would benefit from some support bringing everything together in an actionable way.
Need support implementing a dietary or action plan from your physician (e.g., low sugar, heart health, etc.). NOTE: Health coaches are not licensed to prescribe dietary regimens, but can help with identifying solutions and techniques if your physician has recommended a certain diet or eating approach.
